Good news... Bad news

The good news is that I'm going to get to spend a lot more time with Eric for while.

The bad news is that due to a layoff today, I am no longer employed. So, if you know of anyone looking for a top-notch software developer, have them shoot me an email.

HI Dave
Did your lay off affect your insurance??? I will keep my eyes open for ideas.
Could you be one of the technology people for the school district by any chance?
Take care
Sandy

The COBRA laws require that I be allowed to continue insurance for 18 months. The laws don't require that I get the same price as employees, so that could go up.

I would consider any position with decent health insurance. If you know of any immediate openings that you can give me the inside track on, please let me know.

Hey Dave,
So sorry to hear about the lay off. I'll keep an eye out for you, although not sure if you would be interested in moving to Denver. Let me know, my sis works for a computer company. I think the company does a lot of computer animation and such, so not sure if that is what you are looking for. I am not even sure if they are hiring, but will ask if you want me to.
Thinking of you guys!!
