Eric had another good day today. It seems like it has been a while since we had two good days in a row. He is still swollen, but improving quite a bit.

The docs want to wait for his swelling to subside a little more before starting the really potent drugs. The drugs could settle in his waterlogged tissues rather than working like they should. He was given another large dose of steroids again today. The dose is high enough to suppress the part of his immune system that are most problematic.
