Chubby cheeks

Eric had another good day. He did not need platelets today. (yay!)
They upped his dosage of octreotide to help keep his progress up. We
are really happy with how he is doing right now.

His extremely chubby cheeks are a side effect of being on high dose
steroids. There was an effort to start weening him of these, but the
immunologist has decided he wants Eric to stay on them for a while
longer. So, we don't expect the chubby cheeks to go away any time soon.
