Resting peacefully

Eric's struggle ended this afternoon at 4:15. He passed on peacefully
and both Nikki and I were able to be by his side as he began his new
journey. Services are pending.

GOOD BYE ERIC

Eric, you were so strong and brave
A precious boy were you.
I’ve learned to love you oh so much

My heart is breaking too.

Every day on daddy’s blog

I felt his loving care

When early in the morning

His write up would be there.

I do not know the reason why

Things happen as they do

But I will tell you Eric dear

My love has grown for you.

But your first breath in heaven

You soon will realize

Health beyond compare

And sight to your blind eyes.

So when I look at stars tonight

The brightest one we'll see

And know you have your porch light on

For your FAMILY……..

Dave, Nikki and Wes,
It has been a long journey, following Eric's progress every morning. I was shocked, as were many others, to receive that final post. Know that more people care about you and Loved Eric, than you can even fathom. May you find peace in this tragedy.
