Labor day

Eric has a big day planned for tomorrow. It turns out that he does
have an infection in his bloodstream. The drugs aren't taking care of
it so they are going to remove his central IV lines tomorrow. This
involves another surgery. It is necessary since there is a good chance
that the infection has colonized on the plastic lines that run through
his veins to his heart. Once the lines are out, the drugs should be
able to take of things. We will then have yet another surgery to put
in a new central line.
